We finance here:
- ICT infrastructure projects, including local and regional broadband networks cooperating with national and regional backbone networks as well as regional and national network management centres;
- service system on regional and local level including:
o support systems for public activities in administration, healthcare, education, culture and sport; preparing public actors for electronic document circulation, electronic archiving, database systems development, electronic services utilizing electronic signature for citizens;
o building Public Internet Access Spots (PIAS)
o building interactive information systems (e.g. tourist, cultural, business, education etc.) in connection with PIAS;
o systems supporting digitalization of cultural heritage stores, including libraries and archives, virtual museum stores;
o building Spatial Information Systems (SIS)
Projects located in small towns and rural areas will be prioritised.

4.1. Information Society
Category I: ICT infrastructure and service systems on regional level
Project value from PLN 2 MM:
- building and expansion of regional broadband networks cooperating with national and regional backbone networks;
- building, alteration and investment equipment of regional network management centres;
- building, expansion or purchase of support systems for public activities in administration, healthcare, education, culture and tourism on regional level;
- projects related to preparing public actors for electronic document circulation, electronic archiving, database systems development and electronic services utilizing electronic signature for citizens;
- building Public Internet Access Spots as an element of broader project, i.e.:
o active - tele-centres
o passive - info-kiosks
o medium model - different solutions using internet access to increase the efficiency of public bodies' and public utility organizations' statutory objectives;
o hot-spots
- projects concerning drafting and building cultural and tourist information systems, including interactive information networks, culture and tourist information centres (in connection with PIAS);
- building and expansion of systems supporting digitalization of cultural heritage stores, including libraries and archives, virtual museum stores (in connection to PIAS);
- building Spatial Information Systems (SIS)

Project value up to PLN 2MM:
