ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND INNOVATIONS
In this field we offer
- subsidies for investments located in Lubelskie Voivodeship. The following enterprises will be prioritized: innovative enterprises and enterprises related to renewable energy production, development of production and services in highly specialized branches, including development of aviation cluster, IT, business services and culture. You can also get support for tourism-related projects, we prioritize enterprises in attractive sites, concerning the infrastructure, development of tourist products, building integrated system of tourism marketing, including spa tourism.
- support for R&D done independently or purchasing the results from research units. The results of the research will facilitate modernization and development of products, processes and services.
- subsidies for expert advising that will stimulate the increase of competitiveness of your company, e.g. running a company in common European market, product launching strategy, certification procedures, innovations in production and services.

1.1 Subsidies for new micro-companies:
- necessary equipment for leading and developing a company or modernizing production facilities that will result in increasing the investment and innovation capacity of the company;
- implementing ICT in company management;
- production diversification by enlarging the company with the aim of launching new products/services;
- radical change in production processes, enlarging the company (production/services)
1.2. Investment subsidies for micro-companies
- necessary equipment for leading and developing a company or modernizing the production facilities that will result in increasing the investment and innovation capacity of the company;
- implementing ICT in company managements;
- production diversification by enlarging the company with the aim of launching new products/services;
- radical change in production processes, enlarging the company (production/services)
1.3. Investment subsidies for small and medium companies
In the scope of the measure the subsidies will be granted for the following projects: investments related to preparation and initiation of production, sales of new or modernized products and services for new markets or different practical use or modernized distribution processes.
The following types of projects will be prioritised:
- building, enlarging, modernization of the company (production/services)
- production diversification by implementing new products/services (broadening the scope of economic activity);
- radical change in production processes of the existing company;
- support for product, process and organization innovations;
- Utilizing new technologies, including ICT;
1.4. Investment subsidies for adapting companies to environment protection requirements and in the scope of renewable sources of energy
Scheme A: Investment support for companies in the scope of:
- implementing environmental management systems;
- obtaining or maintaining integrated permission;
- water-sewage management;
- air protection;
- waste management, including industrial and dangerous waste.
Scheme B: Investments in production and utilization of energy from renewable sources:
- building, enlarging and modernizing infrastructure for renewable energy production, allowing the connection of production units generating electric power from renewable sources;
- investments utilizing modern technologies and know-how on renewable sources of energy;
- Building and modernizing electro-energetic networks that allow for connection of renewable electric energy production units.
1.5. Investment subsidies in tourism
- projects concerning preparation and implementation of new tourism products of regional reach and projects of enlarging the existing products (tourism product is understood as coherent offer of tourist attractions and services, Regional reach is understood as tourist local attraction of regional impact.)
- building and enlarging accommodation facilities, excluding agro-tourism and rooms for rent offered by farmers and the places designated for camping sites owned by farmers in their farms;
- investments in improving accommodation and gastronomic facilities by adapting historic locations for tourist purposes,
- building and modernizing health spa facilities and infrastructure;
- building and modernizing gastronomic facilities;
- building and modernizing sports and recreation infrastructure as comprehensive offer of tourist services (e.g. skiing stations, golf courses, tourist routes, aqua parks).
Projects located in attractive sites, as understood in strategic documents of Lubelskie Voivodeship, will be prioritized.
Enterprises generating new job vacancies will be preferred.
1.6. Research and new technologies in regionally strategic branches
Investment projects concerning R&D (industrial research)
- investments in tangible fixed assets i.e. infrastructure and laboratory equipment for research and development activities in companies (own research projects);
- cooperative projects of enterprises aimed at purchasing tangible fixed assets and intangible assets for carrying out research and development activities in companies (own research projects);
- Purchasing research services from scientific R&D units
1.7. Increase of competitiveness through advisory services
- advising on the entrepreneurship regulations on the territory of European Union;
- advising on quality management;
- advising on innovations and new technologies;
- advising on launching products on new foreign markets;
- advising on the building cooperation networks of companies;
- advising on company mergres;
- advising on gaining external capital for the development of the company.
