In the previous bookmark What do we finance? you learnt about our long list of offers. We hope that, despite their multiplicity, you have managed to find something for you. See what else we have for you...

Imagine we have more than  € billion , and specifically €! 1 192.84 million , for the realization of all tasks in the scope of Lubelskie ROP. The money will be spent for another 7 years (2007-2013) and even a bit longer. It will be divided into the following axes:

schematic

  • If your project concerns "Economy and innovations" (Axis 1), you will receive a subsidy of up to 70% of eligible costs you incur.
  • If you decide to realize the tasks in the framework of "Economic infrastructure" (Axis 1) - you will get as much as 95% of eligible costs.
  • Applying for a subsidy in all other priority axes (3 - 8), you can count on the return of even 85% of eligible costs.

Are you thinking how to get a subsidy? It's time you get to know the procedure of financing projects in the scope of ROP.

As we have already mentioned, the projects concerning the first two priority axes are in the competences of Intermediary Institution of 2nd degree (II 2), which is Lubelska Agencja Wspierania Przedsiębiorczości. It chooses projects for subsidizing in a procedure of open-ended or closed-ended calls for proposals.

II 2 plans call procedures for a given year in a form of a schedule of call for proposals. On the basis of the schedule, it carries our recruitments of proposals for subsidizing projects. The schedule is a subject to changes and updated in the course of each year, depending on the level of financial resources utilization.

Closed-ended calls are announced cyclically. In such a call, the date of the recruitment beginning and end is announced. The proposal evaluation is done at the end of each call procedure. The period between the beginning and the end is 45 calendar days.

In the procedure of open-ended call, the recruitment and their evaluation is carried out in a continuous manner until the financial resources are exhausted. The results are announced cyclically or as they are known. Intermediary Institution of 2nd degree (IP 2) publishes the information concerning the utilization of the money available on its website www.lawp.lubelskie.pl.

In the framework of Priority Axes III, IV, V, VI, VII and VIII ROP LV the basic procedure of project selection is a closed-ended procedure. Managing Authority plans project selection on a form of call for proposals  for a given year, on the basis of a schedule. The schedule is a subject to changes and updated in the course of each year, depending on the level of financial resources utilization.

Closed-ended calls are announced cyclically. In such a call, the date of the recruitment beginning and end is announced. The proposal evaluation is done at the end of each call procedure. The period between the beginning and the end is 30 calendar days.

In justified cases open-ended procedure can be used. In this procedure, the recruitment and their evaluation is carried out in a continuous manner until the financial resources are exhausted. The results of evaluation and the level of allocation utilization for the call are announced on our website.
